Merchandise Excluding Art Guarantee;  Any item purchased from our gift shop has an 90 day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy for any reason within 90 days of receiving the merchandise ordered from Beachwood Gallery & Gifts, call us for a return authorization and we will be happy to give you a full credit for the merchandise you purchased.

Art Guarantee;  Any original art purchased from Beachwood Gallery & Gifts comes with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.  Many original art pieces price into the thousands of dollars and are not owned prior to shipping by Beachwood Gallery & Gifts but by the artist.  Beachwood Gallery & Gifts does not pay the artist for the piece until after the 14 days expires.  This allows you the time to really appreciate the work you purchased and insure you are satisfied.
